Job Description- Animaker is looking for a quick-witted Customer Success Specialists who can provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
As a Customer's go-to person, your typical day might include the following :
- Take ownership of user issues reported and resolve it.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Prepare product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes/emails.
This job might be for you if you have :
- Proven Customer Support experience
- Good in problem analysis and solving, troubleshooting, requirement Analysis
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication Skills
- Strong phone contact and email query handling skills and must be an active listener
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different personalities.
- Basic knowledge in C, C++, HTML and CSS
- Expertise in DBMS
- A quick learner with a deep understanding of the Product is a must.
- Willing to work in rotational shift.
Education: B.E/B.Tech or MCA
