Location: Kolkata, India
Internship Period: 3 months. Immediate joining required
Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM, six days a week
Travel: Frequent travel all over West Bengal; travel & stay expenses will be arranged or reimbursed.
Overview:We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to train doctors, optometrists, and other relevant staff in utilizing our AI-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. This role involves hands-on initial training and ongoing support across multiple departments, including doctors, optometrists, booking and billing, IPD, optical, inventory, and pharmacy.
Potential for full-time opportunities in multiple roles upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:- Initial Hand-Holding for Doctors: Provide in-depth training and real-time support to doctors during their initial experience with the AI-based EMR system.
- After-Training Support: Offer ongoing technical and user-related support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the system.
- Multi-Departmental Training: Extend training to other crucial departments, including optometry, booking and billing, IPD, optical, inventory, and pharmacy.
- Travel: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to different branch locations for training and support.
- Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the technical team and hospital staff to effectively address issues and suggest improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali, both written and verbal.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Quick to grasp technical concepts, especially those related to software and AI.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
