Education Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in STEM fields.
·MBA from Tier-I business schools preferred
Job Requirements:
·At least 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, presales or other customer facing roles; experience of working with and presenting to C-level executives will be an added plus
· Must have prior experience in revenue target roles
·Prior experience of consultative sales on next generation technologies (especially data analytics, big data, machine learning, AI, etc.) is desirable
·Detail oriented and must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Should be comfortable with ambiguity - ability to make decisions with potentially incomplete data and conflicting views under tight deadlines
·Candidate needs to possess very strong English (oral and written) skills and needs to be confident to handle stakeholder level communications: presentations, proposals, and steering committee meetings
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change and agility
· Ability to work independently with minimal oversight from management
·Able to communicate effectively across levels of organization – through co-optation and building trust
·Ability to work across time zones, if required
·Very strong in cross-team and virtual team collaboration
·Confident and engaging presentation skills
