Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibility From Raising an issue ticket until completion of it with customer satisfaction.
Schedule and plan daily calls for the service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be the first preference)
1. Minimum 5~10 years experience in any customer service and coordination profile.
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage.
3. English, Hindi, and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work
