• must Handle Customer Review and Respond Effectively and Efficiently Across Various Portals Who Gives Us Access to Respond to the Customers Directly
• competent in Working with Cross Functional Domains (warehouse-finance-logistics)to Get the Reverse Pick Up Done from the Customer End and Then with the Warehouse Team to Ensure the Product Returns Within the Tat
• work Closely with Service Team to Understand & Intimate the Customer About the Issues
• generate Weekly & Monthly Reports and Suggest Action Based On That
- good Oral & Written Communication Skills to Interact with Customers. Written English Skills are Important.
