Responsibilities and Duties
Attending to Customer Service calls on the Toll-free no.
Logging Customer Service call requests
Updating daily Service call sheets.
Attendance and allotment of field service technicians.
Service Call reports and MIS.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduate, preferably in Science.
Good communication in English, Hindi & Bengali.
Good in Excel.
Some experience in handling telecalls.
