Responsibilities and Duties
This role requires to handle the below mentioned activities:

  • To handle customer calls to resolve their queries.
  • Understand the project objectives and contribute towards the achievement.
  • Completing tasks with high quality of deliverable.
  • Excellent time management and self-driven with go and getter attitude.
  • Follows up open requests, ensures all leads received are converted efficiently and effectively.
  • May also undertake additional activities at the request of the customer.
  • Proactively addresses and elevates customer service issues to Regional Team Leader.
  • Ensures customer requests are processed in a timely and maintaining appropriate data ,reports and documentation.
  • Appropriately prioritizes work to support team goals.
  • Proactively monitors request activity and takes necessary action to avert


  • performance based incentives.
  • Direct working with the client.
  • Great exposure in Healthcare Industry.
