Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Chennai, Maduravoyal
We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our International Voice Process team.
Job Summary: As a Customer Support Agent in our International Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assistance to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
3. Assist customers with service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree
- Looking for Freshers and Experienced
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Additional Benefits:
- 6 days working with 1 fixed off day
- Two way cab facility will be provided
- Salary ranges between 2 - 4 LPA
Walk-in Details:
- Days: Monday to Friday- Timing: 11 am to 4 pm
- On Saturdays - 11 am to 2 pm
