We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who is passionate about customer satisfaction.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for the existing paid students.
2. Handle chat, email, and call support of existing students & parents.
3. Work closely with different departments in resolving students’ issues quickly and working towards providing a good experience for the students & parents.
4. Manage scheduling and rescheduling of classes in coordination with teachers.
5. Maintain a good relationship with Parents and Students.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. Preferably, a technical degree
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent skills in MS Office, documentation
4. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
5. Know database management: Quick query response and resolution
6. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
7. Experience working in the K12 educational system (optional)

Salary Range(In Rupees): 20000-30000
