Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Associate role located in Arakkonam. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through phone. The Customer Support Associate will also be responsible for sales & Recovery Collection, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Effective Sales & Collection skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, and a college degree is preferred
