Skills Required:

• Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills.
• Both Freshers as well as experience candidates having Minimum 0-6 months of experience can apply.
• Undergraduates with 1 year of experience, Graduates, Post Graduates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
• To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
• Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
• Document in detail all interactions with customers
• Effectively articulate information to customers
• Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up/cross selling products and services
• Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, and NPS.

Salary Offered: 13k-20k per month.
