Niftel Communications is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels including chat support and voice. Your main duties will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with fixed working hours. Male candidates will be required to work in rotational shifts, while female candidates have the flexibility to choose any 9-hour shift from morning to evening until 8 pm.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from 13.5 CTC to 15.5 CTC.
