Job Responsibilities:

•  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
•  Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
•  Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
• Research every issue and provide solutions to them.
•   Build strong relationships with customers .

Job Requirements:

• Freshers /Experienced
• Strong Soft Skills & need to have good command over English as a language.
•  High on Customer Centricity.
• Strong Logical reasoning & probing capability.
• Absolute focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in rotational shift.
