We are looking for a Campus Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with campuses. You will be responsible for delivering the campus marketing strategy for product and implementation. We expect you to be an excellent communicator, strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
1. Responsible for end-to-end Campus Engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and campus management
2. Creating a strategy, execution and implementation plan for user acquisition and retention with Campuses
3. Singing Workruit's Product, Service Offerings & understand technical aspects of it on the entire product flow
4. Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact
5. Anchor, collaborate, support and coordinate with campus delivery, marketing team, business leaders, alumni teams and other internal groups to ensure successful implementation of programs & events
6. On top of Industry for updates from technology, competitor research & functionality perspective
7. Managing & prioritizing prospects pipeline - in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals
Eligibility criteria and selection procedure
- Proficient in Telugu, English (mandatory)
- Must possess good communication & presentation skills
- Have a strong ability to identify, forge and maintain key relationships with universities/colleges across India
- Have excellent analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Willing to present, demonstrate the product and enroll students to use the platform.
