Job description We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (0-2 years experience) to provide international level assistance to our customers. • Responds to Chats, email • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams • Provide prompt and accurate reply to customers • Refer to internal database
To be qualified for this role, should be HSC Pass/Any Graduate (with arrears)/SSLC + 3 years Diploma Pass • Preferably having Laptop and internet connection facility with them initially Dongle is fine but broadband connection and Monitor must within two months from the date of joining. • Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required. • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period. • Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10)
