Job Description

Customer Support - DC - (WD07467)

Key Accountabilities :

Meeting the customer and collect KYC documents, complete KYC process in accordance with the rules and polices of DBS
Conducting site visit & preparing report
Collect financial & other business information from the customer
Conducting due diligence on the customer and prepare credit memo in the format of the bank
Entering customer and account data in various applications
Filling forms and loan documents basis data provided
Prepare and get various documents including customer loan documents executed with customer
Should be ready to travel occasionally based on organizational requirement
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data
Liaising with various departments for completion of task in hand
Preparation of MIS reports required for monitoring and reporting purpose

Experience :

The candidate should have proven data entry skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online systems
The candidate with more than two years of experience in Bank/NBFC will be preferred
Good understanding of MS Office tool like excel, MS word, PPT etc.
Good Interpersonal skill for liaising with operations team to get the work done
