Job Title: Customer Support (DCS)-DEL002

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Location: India-Noida / Delhi NCR

Salary: Competitive salary

Shift: Complete night shift


  • Should have good understanding of data centre and logistics coordination.
  • Should have good understanding of Sales Order and Purchase Order.
  • Hands on experience in MS Excel.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have problem-solving attitude to handle the critical cases.
  • Should have out of the box thinking to take initiative and solve the customer's issues within     SLA.
  • Should be self-driven and must have the ability to take critical decisions when and where required.
  • Should be well versed with customer handling and internal team coordination.
  • Should be proactive to sense the customer's need and act immediately to avoid the escalations.
  • Should have experience in escalation handling.
  • Should have the capability to go the extra mile and help the customer resolving his problem.

Requirements :
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • A College Degree
  • Experience analysing customer needs and proposing solutions that satisfy the customer and meets the Company’s business objectives.
  • Strong communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Ability to multitask and resilience
