Job Description

 Designation: Customer Support -Digital Products

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on acting as a consultant for virtual office accounts and help them troubleshoot queries & tech-related issues, and provide possible solutions
2. Work on gaining the trust of our customers
3. Work closely with community teams to address any bottlenecks
4. Work on assisting in closing the business address leads
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and monitor escalations of tickets
