Skill Set Required
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Good Understanding ability.
• The the associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling the satisfaction of the customer.
• He will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System.
• Responsibility of monitoring Call tracking for responses from the administrative team so calls returns are done in a timely fashion.
• His responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a

• Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.
• Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
Five working Days (Sat-Sun Off)
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
