We are looking for a competent Customer Support Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative work of the company.
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
- Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- 6 months+ customer service or back office experience
- Salary between 12 K to 20 K per Month (Depend on Interview)
