  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of problem ; expediting correction or adjustment ; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage Incoming Calls.
  • Cater to email queries & ensure to respond in stipulated period of time.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as & when needed.
  • Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
  • English spoken and Written is a must
