Job Description

As the need for premium customer service arises, a highly proficient communicator with tangible skills in verbal communication and active listening is greatly imperative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering our valued customer's phone calls
- Proficiently responding to emails
- Diligently resolving customer complaints

To seamlessly perform these tasks, experience and proficiency in using helpdesk software are mandatory.
Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a knack for problem-solving are other preferred qualities for an ideal candidate.
