● Bachelor's degree in any discipline, ( Candidates with strong academics, sports, or
extracurricular activities, will be given preference)
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is a must, with excellent written skills in English.
● Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, empathetic approach.
● Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
● Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle irate customers professionally.
● Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology (training will be provided).
● Proficiency in using computer applications Word, excel.
● Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer suitable resolutions.
● Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
