Job Description

Role : Customer Support Executive

Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi

CTC 18,000/- & Take home 14,000/-
Malayalam Process

CTC 18,000/- & Take home 14,400/-Incentives 30,000 to 40,000

Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries and issues

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

• Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts
