Customer Success Executive

Customer Success Executive is someone who is obsessed with customers success and can work well under pressure to ensure the best experience and can objectively identify the most common problems and bring those insights back to Product & Engineering teams.

  More about the role:

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in a customer facing role (most preferable). 

  • Candidate facing role is a plus. You’ll be part of Belong’s candidate facing a team as a Customer Success Executive where you’ll be working closely with candidates.

  • Most part of the role involves coordinating with candidates over Chat/ Phone/ Email to ensure the best experience.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced/high flux environment.
  • Quick learner and speed in executing tasks with strict SLA’s.

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in chaos.

  • Good communication and listening skills

What will you be working on?

  • Own support requests of candidates and resolve their queries or complaints by providing clear information and provide solutions or alternatives on calls/emails and chat on-time.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Work closely with other functions to resolve support issues effectively
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding estimated response resolution time on the issue. Keep candidate up-to-date on the progress of their issues/query.
  • Go an extra mile to provide an excellent experience to the candidates
