* Experience in Customer support
* Good at managing Customer Request & Service Management, act as Service Adviser
* Should be able to identify the potential customer and understand needs
* Upselling & Cross-selling of Services offered by company
* Should have knowledge of Excel, PPT, Mailing, Tele Calling
* Should be fluent in English /Kannada

Pitstop is an online platform delivering one stop solution for all car care needs. We provide quality, economical and convenient car service through our inhouse doorstep vehicles & network of partner garages.
We seek to re-define how car service industry works in India by standardizing service workshops, enabling them to provide better customer experience through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, and implementation of modern corporate practices in the running of service workshops
Founded: 2015
Funding: Secured funding recently from Goldbell Group & Blume Ventures, Anurag Srivastava, Amiya Pathak, Rajesh Yohanan and Rahul Garg. Earlier, the company had received seed funding from Rahul Garg – Founder @ Moglix @ Xoogler, Myntra co-founder Ashutosh Lawania; Livspace founders – Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma; Krishna Kumar, CEO – Simplilearn and other angels.
