  • End to end issue resolution and follow up
  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Take orders or assist customer in placing orders
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Handle returns or complaints
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Freshers/Experienced candidates in email/chat support process from a captive customer experience centers.  
  • Educational qualifications - Graduate in any discipline
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts and week off’s
  • Ability to work in a highly charged and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
