Job Description
Customer Services – Inbound & Outbound
Language – Good in English and Hindi
Candidate Profile: Speaking with Customer’s and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound)
Candidate Profile: Speaking with Customer’s and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound)
Ability and willingness to learn.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Good listening and responding skills.
Good communication & analytical skills
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Qualification – Mix of graduate and undergraduate (Graduate - v3/v4, Undergraduate V3/V4) Mix of experience: Fresher to Experienced - Any Shift window -24/7 (Rotational Based on business requirements) Week off – Rotational Working from Office Only Gender Mix – Male / Female
