Responsibilities and Duties

  • Stakeholder Management- Coordinate with road freight carrier partners to ensure service is rendered on time and at agreed service levels to shippers. In addition, coordinate with shippers to ensure escalations and change requests are handled appropriately.
  • Fleet Management and on boarding– Operations teams are responsible for continually sourcing, signing up, on boarding and motivating the fleet of road freight carriers who are our partners in a country. 
  • Day to Day Coordination– Able to handle day to day operations, you must be able to work not only in the office but remotely. Coordination between key stakeholders and building a working relationship between all parties from Customers to Vendors.
