Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide information about agriculture products and services to the farmers in Punjab over the call
2. Keep records of customer and farmers' interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken
3. Process call and online orders, forms, and applications
4. Record Punjabi voiceovers for video content
5. Proofread and edit all the Punjabi materials related to the project

Note: Spoken Punjabi language is mandatory.
