Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner..

Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Graduation or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in one additional language.

Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
