Compensation : Upto 2,50,000 LPA + Attractive Incentive (Basis
relevant experience)
Prerequisites : PUC / Diploma / Graduation
Desired Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Necessary Skills: Excellent Communication Skills in English and
Fluency in Hindi
Nature of the job :
1. Interact and resolve the queries of customers.
2. Contact existing and new customers through phone
3. Position membership (new and renewal)
4. issues or concerns raised by customers
5. Identify potential issues that customer may raise
6. Escalate issues where required
7. Follow up-to resolve open issues
8. Renew membership and retain customers
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
