Eligibility Criteria:
 Graduate (non-technical degree) - Any stream, Diploma, PUC

Key Responsibilities:
 Maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads for the Sales Team is the goal of this role.
 Research white space accounts to find the right titles to contact (lead hunting). Build and execute an outbound prospecting cadence to reach target prospects.
 Generate new leads through direct outreach. Developing leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
 Assist customer in resolving any open requests for support, assistance, information on upgrading etc.
 Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering against those initiatives that have been identified as crucially important during each and every customer support engagement, for Email/calls.
