  • Interact with customers through Calls (Voice Process)
  • Language skills: Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Maintains customer records by updating call/account information in the CRM.
  • Recommend potential products, services, and features to customers by analyzing customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on every conversation. Regular follow-ups will also be a key requirement.
  • Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
  • Adaptable to change management
