Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries promptly and professionally.
  • Issue resolution: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions or escalate matters as necessary.
  • Maintain customer records: Update customer accounts with accurate and current information in CRM systems.
  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to assist customers with accurate information.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for unresolved queries or additional support.
  • Feedback collection: Collect and report customer feedback to improve service processes and enhance the product experience.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Technical, and Operations to resolve customer issues.
  • Adhere to procedures: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
