Job Description

We are looking for an Inbound Voice executive who would be handling the incoming calls for Provident fund (PF) queries.
Location - Koramangala
1. 6 months to 1 - year customer support experience(Call receiving handling)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good listening and problem-solving skills
4. Language – Hindi, English & Kannada (Hindi mandatory)
5. If possible knowledge of PF
