Customer service supervisors oversee junior customer service reps or a small portion of the full team. Similarly to a manager, they may answer employee questions and help handle conflicts. There are often multiple supervisors working with a team.
This role requires great interpersonal and leadership skills. It's preferred to have prior experience both in the industry and in a supervisory role.
You should also be comfortable collaborating with others since there are often several supervisors assigned to a team who work together under the manager.
