Job Description
- Identifying clients, presenting the concept, explaining its values and benefits and executing orders, adhering to target limits.
- One should be able to convince an existing client.
- Generating leads through telecalls, emails.
- generating new business leads, and support sales.
- Maintaining lead database of the clients and prospects.
- Handling Walk-in Customers and ensuring proper coordination between the company and its clients.
- Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports on daily Basis.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work on resolving them Quickly.

Shift timings :
1) Male - 6 am to 1 am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )
2) Female - 6 am to 8 pm ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )
Mandate Documents to carry : Copy of Updated Resume + 10th / 12th / Aadhar / PAN
