Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: - Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential customers to promote our on-demand home services.
2. Customer Service Booking: - Handle incoming calls from customers, understand their service requirements, and book appointments for home services.
3. Product Knowledge: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by Zanual.com to effectively communicate and promote them to potential customers.
4. Targets: - Achieve daily targets of a minimum of 100 outbound calls and successfully book 10-15 customer service appointments per day.
5. Follow-up: - Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked a service.
6. Customer Query Resolution: - Address customer inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve any issues or concerns professionally and courteously
7. Data Entry: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
8. Feedback Collection: - Gather customer feedback on services and communicate insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: - Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu - Clear and effective verbal communication.
2. Sales Skills: - Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. - Ability to pitch services persuasively.
3. Customer Service Orientation: - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
4. Target-Driven: - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Adaptability: - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Salary:15-20k P/M
