Job Description

Attending and making voice calls.Responding to emails.Maintain call/email quality.Assist the customer in placing the order.
Maintain average call/email handling time.
Coordinating with the team and ensure all the trip details are updated.Coordinating with the internal team in case there is any delay in pick up and drop off.
Fluency in English, Hindi and any of the mentioned language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam)
