Job Description - Support Executive
Handling inbound calls. The representatives will be responsible to answer inbound queries through Call/Chat and respond to the client queries and inquiries, Provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. Additionally, agents are responsible to set appointments and gather survey data.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product to customer service problems.
Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Processing new applications, requested by the customers.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Routing inbound calls/chats to the appropriate resources.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM tool.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.(VOC) Voice Of Customer
Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Open availability: Willing to work in Shifts (9:00AM - 6:00PM) (02:00PM to 11:00PM)
Monday through Friday
Excellent/Moderate communication skills, including verbal with grammar.
Ability to work with others in a close manner & attention to detail.
Good computer skills.
Good multitasking skills.
