- Responsible for program implementation and follow up for sessions/payments/reports/all customer needs.
- Keep updated of the clients with new features / daily status / reports / improvements
- Analyze the data and keep including new ideas and process to improve customer delight
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Coordinate between the clients and the internal team to provide smooth solution on quick time.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and to keep records of customer interactions, reports and logs.
- Willing to travel to client places to implement the program and monitor sessions periodically
- Update client-side information in the log/database during and after each call/visit
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in product and keep informed the clients
- Generate reports
- Maintain a positive and very good relationship with the customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
