Job Description

  • Managing large amounts of Outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify Customers needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers onInsurance related queries and complaints.
  • Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total CustomerSatisfaction.
  • Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.
  • Professional Skills
  • Excellent command on English
  • Other Languages: Kannada & Malayalam
  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
  • Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: HSC- Any Degree
  • Age: 21 - 30
