We urgently require Male Customer Service Executives for our International Call Center.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from the USA
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Required skills:
- Good Communication Skills in English.Basic Computer SkillsDiscipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
Shift:
- Night Shift - Should be willing to work late-night shifts and during weekends with rotational offs.
Work Location:
- Will be working from the office during the training period and also post-training, however, if any lockdown is implemented due to the pandemic employee will be required to work from home, and once the pandemic eases and the management decides to call to work from the office, employees will be required to report to office without any hesitation if management requires.
