Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Support executive should have manageable communication and listening skill in English.
• Ability to convince customers and provide Customer Service.
• Guest Support executive will assist customers with all their queries.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Guest Support executive will be involved in Inbound & Outbound.
• Maintain Amicable nature over the call, and share a good customer service experience.
