  •  Understanding exactly what client require.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Negotiate with client for efficient services delivery at profitable fees.
  • Publishing the requirement of the client in the access.
  • Searching the best-suited properties for the client and to fix the appointment with Business development Executive. 
  • Taking feedback after making client visit the properties. 
  • Following up regularly and keep showing new options to the client until he shortlist the property with us.
  • Once client shortlist the property following up very carefully along with the Business development executive till the deal closer. 
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are preferred
