Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Need proper follow up /feedback
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Interaction with client E mail, Chat, Calling process.
  • Capable enough to explain the products and provide the most relevant deal in order to achieve your set targets.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining daily DSR and reporting to your senior.
