Candidate would be receiving calls from the bank customers and they will have to resolve their queries.
Queries would be related to their bank accounts, fresh requests, Complaints etc.
It is an inbound process.

Any Graduate/Undergraduate/ Freshers can apply

Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi

Note : We have few openings for following regional languages as well

Age : 32 years Maximum

Salary: 15000 – 22000k

Rotational Shifts.

For Females candidates it is Day shift only
Shift timings : 8am – 4pm , 9am – 6pm , 11:30 – 8pm

For Male candidates it is rotational shift ( including Night Shift)]

Shift timings : 8am – 4pm , 9am – 6pm , 11:30 – 8pm , 4pm – 12:30am , 10pm – 7am

Pick up and drop facility is provided.
