Job purpose

  • Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries (related to order status and timeline) over the calls and email.
  • Follow up for calls and email (if required)
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
