Responsibilities and Duties
· Responsible for effective handling of customer queries, through Email & Phone calls.
· Follow- up with internal teams to close customer queries independently
· Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
· Execution of Order
· Tracking of Orders
· Processing returns and exchanges
Qualifications and Skills
· Very good command over English (Vocal & Written)
· Smartness in terms of client and query handling
· Should be good in Customer Relationship Management
· Should be able to draft E-mails shared internally as well as with clients.
· Strong in Coordination with clients as well as with different departments for the end to end delivery.
· Respond and act on customers' inquiries and complaints in accordance with company's policy
